We went around Sunshine City to figure out the #PokemonCenter. This ”city” is a large commercial facility comprising several leisure facilities including an aquarium, plaza, theater, stores of manga/anime/Disney... Of course, it is indispensable to restaurants and food stalls. Even so, my aim was still just the Pokemon Center, for who-you-know :))

The Choco is a store that has just been in business for a year, I haven't had a chance of visiting. Even so, I've been able to eat The Choco’s nama chocolate twice. As a special treatment gift ❤️ One time last summer and one time this morning. It's rich, smooth, and moist, with a silky texture that melts in my mouth.

Have you ever heard of #matchabeer? I was quite surprised to learn about this strange mixture. One of the best restaurants that do well on this combination in #Tokyo is Chaya 1899 Ochanomizu.

Chaya (茶屋) means ”tea house” in Japanese.

Located on the ground floor of Hotel Ryumeikan. Nearest stations are Shin-Ochanomizu, Awajicho, Ogawamachi, and Ochanomizu.

Opening hours from July 1st, 2020: 11:30 am-5 pm (Last order 4:30 pm)　

I recommend the ”matcha beer” (¥790), you can choose ”matcha non-alcohol beer” instead (it has a kind of beer with 0% alcohol in Japan). The set of sweets and tea in this post is priced at ¥1800.

They also sell matcha potato salad (¥500), cha-soba noodle (¥700), Japanese-style rolled omelet with matcha and yam (¥880), and 10 kinds of tea and sweets made with tea.

At Xo Bo - Phan Dinh Phung St., nearby Kieu Bridge, I ordered egg chocolate. The egg based drink was rich and creamy. It’s served in a mud and then placed in a pottery bowl with steamy water. This is to keep the drink piping hot. I am cutting down on sugar but worth a try ;)
